alligators.

In my illustration class, we were assigned to create 3 different pieces to reflect 3 different magazines using only the forms of alligators/crocodiles. I'm incredibly happy with the first one. The others, not so much, but I suppose they're decent.

Sus scrofa domesticus.

I love to render, I think I always have. I find it so rewarding to build upon layers, adding texture and depth. It's cool to be able to look at a drawing, inspect it for extended periods, and continue to find new details.

This is the first piece that I've completed for my biomedical rendering class. I've never worked white on black before.

The rendering took 6 class periods, so I guess I spent 15 hours working on this, give or take 1 or 2.
